If the classic Finnish sauna is too hot or too dry for you, our bio-sauna offers an ideal alternative. At a temperature of approx. 60°C and a controlled humidity of up to 55%, you will find a particularly gentle and soothing climate for relaxing and feeling good.
Our bio saunas are also available in the ladies' sauna and the private SPA suites.
43 – 46°C
The steam room has a long history. Even the Greeks knew about it and it was an integral part of the Roman bathing culture, known as the "sudatorium". Steam baths are especially healthy. It is a pleasant sweat bath, similar to the sauna, but with a completely different climate - not so hot and much more humid. The hot steam is especially helpful for respiratory and rheumatic problems. A steam bath cleanses and energizes the skin - visibly and noticeably!
