In yoga, we work on physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranamaya), meditation and relaxation techniques. Yoga promotes body awareness, strengthens and stretches the muscles, strengthens the cardiovascular system, promotes mindfulness and has a stress-relieving effect.
Yoga on Sylt – Courses
Our trained yoga teachers will guide you mindfully through a variety of yoga classes. In dynamic Vinyasa flows, movement and breathing combine to create a flowing experience. By alternating between powerful asanas and conscious relaxation, you will find balance in your inner centre. Let yourself drift away in long-held Yin Yoga sequences and enter a state of tranquillity during meditation. By participating in our yoga programme on Sylt, you will start the day with renewed strength and energy.
